Before Your Treatment
Arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to check in and fill out a health history form. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes during your spa treatment. To avoid inconveniencing others, all treatments will end at the scheduled time.
Reservations and Cancellations
We recommend scheduling your spa appointments a minimum of two weeks prior to your arrival for the widest selection of treatments, and appointment times. A major credit card is necessary to secure the reservation of all full day packages and treatments more than one hour in duration. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance and 48 hours for all group packages. A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or no shows will be charged in full. Same day bookings are considered confirmed.
You may come in casual or more formal attire, but in between services, you are welcome to don an oversized robe and slippers. For your privacy during service, you will be professionally draped with linens. We have plenty of fresh spring water and herbal tea to drink.
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients, with the exception of group bookings (4 or more people) in which case it is added onto the bill at 15%. Gift certificates do not include gratuities unless otherwise specified.
Lost or Stolen Articles
We regret that the Village Wellness Spas cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. We encourage all clients to keep valuables with them at all times.
